Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern access to the Black Raven Futures website and purchases of our digital publications and software.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and—when purchasing indicator software—the End-User License Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
2. Products and permitted use
The trading manual is licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial educational use. Indicator software is licensed, not sold, under the separate License Agreement. You may not reproduce, share, publish, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent licensing, disclose proprietary logic, or use the products to create a competing product.
3. Orders, pricing, and delivery
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, sanctions compliance, technical error, or violation of these Terms; any collected amount for a cancelled order will be returned.
Digital delivery may require a valid email address and, for indicators, an eligible Machine ID. You are responsible for providing accurate order information and retaining your download and license records.
4. No trading advice or performance promise
Products are educational and analytical aids only. They do not place trades, determine suitability or position size, or guarantee a profit. All performance statistics are historical or hypothetical and are subject to the limitations stated in the Risk Disclosure.
5. Intellectual property
The website, manual, indicators, names, graphics, text, compiled files, signal terminology, and proprietary logic are owned by or licensed to Black Raven Futures and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you.
6. Availability, updates, and compatibility
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website content or products. Unless expressly stated, purchase does not include future products, new major versions, custom development, trading consultation, platform subscriptions, market data, ORENKO bars, or third-party software. You are responsible for verifying the stated system requirements before purchase.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, signal accuracy, profitability, or compatibility with future third-party changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Raven Futures will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity and termination
You agree to indemnify Black Raven Futures against claims arising from your unlawful use, redistribution, licensing circumvention, infringement, or violation of these Terms. We may suspend access or terminate a license for a material violation, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing terms and changes
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the website and product purchase. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
