End-User License Agreement
Effective October 12, 2026
This agreement applies separately to each purchased Black Raven Futures indicator, including BRStrongTrend and BRFailedBreakout.
1. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, Black Raven Futures grants the purchaser a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, perpetual license to use the purchased compiled indicator version on one authorized computer at a time for the purchaser’s own trading education and analysis.
2. Machine activation and transfers
- Each indicator has its own license and its own Machine-ID record.
- Only one computer may be active for that indicator at a time.
- Two complimentary machine transfers are allowed per indicator during each 12-month period beginning on that indicator’s initial activation date.
- A transfer deactivates the prior computer. Additional transfers may be denied, charged, or approved at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
- License validation may require internet access and transmission of a Machine ID or derived identifier.
3. Restrictions
You may not share credentials or files; provide access to another person; resell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or distribute the indicator; bypass or interfere with activation; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or attempt to discover source code or proprietary logic; modify or create derivative or competing products; or use the indicator as part of a commercial signal, copy-trading, managed-account, training, or resale service without written permission.
4. Ownership and updates
The indicator is licensed, not sold. Black Raven Futures retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights. Bug fixes and updates for the purchased indicator may be provided as stated on the product page. This does not promise new products, third-party compatibility, custom features, or future major versions unless expressly stated.
5. Support and compatibility
Support covers installation, activation, and reasonable troubleshooting in the stated supported environment. It does not include trading advice, strategy consultation, custom programming, broker support, market data, ORENKO software, or third-party platform services.
6. No warranty; trading risk
The indicator is an analytical aid and not an automated strategy. It does not place orders, determine position size, or guarantee accuracy or profitability. The warranty disclaimers, risk terms, and liability limitations in the Terms and Risk Disclosure are incorporated into this agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for fraud, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, licensing circumvention, chargeback abuse, or another material breach. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, liability, and enforcement survive termination.
